Lenco Medical grew out of firsthand experience watching talented doctors navigate an unnecessarily difficult system. The AMC exam pathway, AHPRA registration, Area of Need provisions, visa categories — each step is manageable in isolation, but the combination leaves many doctors stuck, uninformed, or burned out before they ever see a patient in Australia.
We started by simply helping individual doctors we knew. Word spread. Facilities started reaching out. Today Lenco Medical operates across all 8 Australian states and territories, with an active directory of verified doctors and a network of 50+ partner facilities ranging from major hospital groups to single-GP rural practices.
Our model is simple: free for doctors, fee-on-placement for facilities. That alignment of incentives means we always act in the doctor's interest — because a good placement is the only kind that works for everyone.
We never share a doctor's details without explicit consent, and we never promise a placement we cannot deliver. Honest timelines, honest fees.
The process is always free for doctors. We are paid by the hiring facility — so our incentive is always to find the right fit, not the quickest one.
We share everything we know about the AMC pathway, AHPRA registration, and visa options. Knowledge should not be locked behind a paywall.
We stay in contact through your first year on shift and beyond. Many of the doctors we placed five years ago now refer colleagues to us.
